Yes. You can start a free trial on our website. All you need to use the CMS is a computer and a web browser. You only need a playback device when you want to show content on a screen.

Start with the supported platforms and our hardware selection guide. Suitability also depends on the operating system version, content and intended use. Send us the exact model number and tell us how you plan to use it.

The listed prices cover software licenses and optional service plans. A Ki-Wi Signage license includes access to the CMS and content playback on one device registered in the CMS. For a kiosk with multiple screens, the number of licenses depends on the number of separate device registrations in the CMS. We’ll specify hardware, installation and any integrations or customizations in your quote.

Standard software support is included in your license. A service plan adds the agreed service scope; adding or deactivating a device in the CMS does not automatically change the plan or its fee.

There is no extra charge if adding the device under the same project and pricing agreement does not exceed the number of licenses already invoiced for that period. If it does, you pay for the additional license only from device activation until the end of the current billing period. Your subscription end date stays the same.

Deactivation does not reduce the amount already invoiced or cancel any additional charge already incurred. You can use the license you’ve freed up for another device in the CMS until the end of the period, within the same agreed scope.
