How can
we help you?
Sales & new projects
Can I try Ki-Wi Signage first?
Yes. You can start a free trial on our website. All you need to use Ki-Wi Signage CMS is a computer and a web browser. You only need a playback device when you want to display content on a screen.
Start a free trialCan we use the screens we already have?
It depends on the model, operating system and what you want to display. Send us the exact model number and tell us how you plan to use it. It is best to check compatibility before buying more devices.
Choosing a device in DocsHow much will our project cost?
Start with the plans on our pricing page. For larger numbers of licenses, we can prepare a tailored quote. Tell us roughly how many screens you need, where they will be used and what the solution needs to do.
View pricingCan you help us choose the right hardware?
Yes. Based on your content, environment and required features, we can recommend a suitable platform, device type and verified models. Standard signage, touch kiosks and outdoor installations each have different hardware requirements.
Choosing hardware in DocsWhat should we tell you about our project?
Tell us where the screens will be used, who they are for, what content you want to display and roughly how many devices you are planning. If you are still working out the details, just describe the situation you want to address in your own words.

I forgot my password. How do I sign in?
On your Ki-Wi Signage CMS login page, select “Forgot your password?” and enter your account email address. Check your spam folder too. If your company uses its own server, start the reset from that server’s login page.
Resetting your password in DocsMy device is offline. Can I send it new content?
You can prepare new content in the CMS and request that it be sent. The device will download it once it connects to the internet and establishes a connection with the server. While the device is offline, you cannot control it remotely or change its content.
Offline devices in DocsI have edited my content. How do I get it onto the screens?
In the details of a media item, playlist or layout, use “Set” to update devices already using that content. Use “Selected” to choose additional devices. Devices must be connected to the server to download the changes.
Sending content in DocsWhere can I check a device’s current status?
In the CMS, open the device details and the information tab. You can also check directly on the device through the “Status info” menu. This shows its internet connection, registration and basic app information.
Checking device status in DocsWhat information should I include in a support request?
Tell us which organization and device are affected, what is happening and when it started. If possible, attach a screenshot or the exact error message. Do not send login passwords.
Invoices & payments
What is a license and how do I activate it?
One Ki-Wi Signage license covers one device registered in the CMS. For a kiosk with multiple screens, the number of separate registrations determines how many licenses you need. Adding a device to the CMS activates its license; deactivating the device releases it. Turning off a screen or disconnecting it from the internet does not deactivate the license.
Adding a device to the CMSWhere can I see how many licenses I am using and how many are still available?
To see your active license count, open the organization list in the CMS, select your organization and check its license status. Contact us by email to confirm how many additional licenses you can use during that period at no extra charge. This overview is not yet available in the CMS.
What will I pay for a device added during a billing period?
There is no extra charge if adding a device in the same organization does not exceed the number of licenses already invoiced for that period. If you exceed that number, we charge for the additional license from its activation until the end of the current billing period. The charge is calculated at your current per-license rate. These licenses can only be shared between organizations within a scope agreed in advance.
How do I replace a device without paying for another license?
First deactivate the original device in the CMS. Then activate its replacement in the same organization. This lets you reuse the license you have freed up.
If you reverse the order and exceed the number of licenses already invoiced for that period, an additional charge applies. Deactivating the original device later does not cancel that charge.
How do I stop using the service and prevent further billing?
For standard cloud licenses, deactivate any devices you no longer want to use in the CMS before the next billing period begins. We will then stop billing for those licenses in the new period, and no separate cancellation notice is needed.
Deactivation does not reduce amounts already invoiced or cancel additional charges already incurred.
Any agreed minimum, fixed capacity or other individual commitment must be ended according to your agreement. Deactivating devices alone does not end these commitments. Closing your account is a separate step.
