The municipal office is a natural place to find official documents and practical local information. A touch kiosk outside the building makes them available to visitors, including people without their own phone or computer.

The solution uses Ki-Wi Signage with its Digital Noticeboard module. Visitors choose a service on the opening screen and use touch to open documents or other content.

Alongside the noticeboard, the menu links to the municipal website, photos and videos, an events calendar and text versions of announcements from the local public address system.

The outdoor kiosk stands beneath the canopy at the office entrance. Its touch interface brings municipal content to a place people regularly pass through.

Francova Lhota has used a digital noticeboard for several years. The outdoor kiosk supplied in 2025 builds on this service and places it outside the municipal office.
